The ease in which I can produce courses, easily add videos from my own collection as well use external sources (Vimeo/YouTube). I was able get started immediately upon approval, then it became clear how much we needed help in order for us all (we're geographically remote)to be successful! Very user friendly for both technical users as well other nontechnical users, allowing them access quickly without having any training required! I like how easy it is for employees to access their courses without having to go through an additional step in order to get started, as well as being able to schedule time blocks per day/week etc - which can be set up from within each course! Also love using our internal LMS (Blackboard) so no extra hassle there either.
