Very user friendly for both technical users as well other nontechnical users, allowing them access quickly without having any training required! Currently using this in conjunction with Hubspot CRM - works like a charm so far. Nothing really at present but if there was something I would say it's likely be related to customer support/communication around updates etc., since we have no dedicated team member working specifically just helping people use our product. We're solving what used to be quite complicated tasks now requiring very little effort from anyone (except perhaps setting up some initial reports). The ability for students who are geographically separated from each other, but still need training in their field is amazing! I have been able use this tool many times over my career as an RN at Kaiser Permanente (a large health care system). It has helped me provide quality patient centered nursing education by providing online access 24/7 during our busy season when we can't meet face-to-face often enough due to COVID19 pandemic restrictions around us all working remotely together.
