Professional sharpening stones

A simple 2-stage hand sharpener is only approx. 600 grit on the finest setting and only works with knives. This professional sharpening stone set includes 400/1000 and 3000/8000 grit waterstones. For sharpening kitchen knives, scissors or chisels, I like to use a sharper 400/1000 grit stone. Remember to soak the stone for 10 minutes before using sharpening stones. Use the leather strap to polish your knives and remove burrs. However, there is no instruction manual showing how to use the sharpening stone.
