Great product but the bluetooth remote control doesn't stay.

Great product, but the bluetooth remote won't connect to my iPhone 7 plus with software version 10.2.1 installed. Very frustrating and I cannot contact the company as the contact page is not in English. If any company is reading this, please suggest a solution.
