UPDATE: Received a replacement today and this one is better. Rotated 180 degrees, it tilted just a little. What is the discount? Two layers of tape on one end so not too tight just enough to mount the scope. YMMV depends on your luck in the draw, just like mine. Maybe it doesn't matter if you use this to align an image, but I use this to align a mount and align a scope for long range shooting, so it does matter. If I come back for a replacement I'll see if the next one is better and give an update when it's there. Surprised by the lack of quality control with this brand.
