Soft for my little kids
Most "outside" toothpastes have such a strong mint flavor that they sting my kids' mouths. Happy to find a flavor they like that doesn't hurt their delicate young tongues: definitely helps with proper brushing. And since it's Colgate, I reckon it cleans and protects her teeth well.
