Ideal for children and people with sensitive mouths. It tastes like water when you swirl it around and leaves a minty flavor after you spit it out. It's easy but very effective. No tingling or burning. I bought it for my 5 year old who suffers from stomatitis and very bad breath. We've tried everything in the world. This mouthwash (along with toothpaste) is the only thing she tolerates that really helps with bad breath. The products of this company are very delicate.
