Excellent product, the best quality.

Before that, I used Amazfit Verge for two years. Everything in them was cool and the workouts were written with high quality and beautiful, BUT I got tired of charging every 2-3 days and synchronizing workouts with iOS is just flour. I sold it on ebay for the same thing I bought it for a year ago, I bought a Bip U Pro.
They are synchronized with iOS in general in flight, they write the pulse very accurately, at first I regretted that it was impossible to connect a chest heart rate monitor, but then I realized that it was not needed. But the altimeter is not enough to calculate the heights.
In general, I am completely satisfied with the watch for its price.

Pros

Autonomy, 5-6 days with a daily run of 5-10 km and every minute heart rate measurement throughout the day. Availability of an oximeter. Simplicity. Synchronization with iOS without problems.

Cons

For me personally: the lack of the ability to connect an external heart rate monitor via bluetooth, the lack of an altimeter. If the GPS was not caught before training, then they will not pick it up later and the track will not be recorded.

Some pros: Just a watch, not for sports Got cons: The screen cannot be locked while running. The sensor is constantly pressed by clothes due to sweat. The firmware needs to be ated. Running is not possible!

Some pros: I liked the fact that they measure oxygen in the blood. Perhaps that's all. Has some cons I made a mistake with the size, I thought they would be bigger.
