Great product for accessories
This is my third purchase. I installed the first one in my son's bedroom and we were very happy with his work. It's hard to find a combo switch that controls fan speed and lighting at the same time. Also, all of our light switches are light almond, making them unavailable in our area. The instructions are very clear and the installation was easy. When we built the house we had three wires and ground went to each fan so it was easy to plug it into the junction box and then wire the light and motor to a separate fan circuit. If you only have two wires and ground for your fan, this switch will not work for your application. I have to say this is a great product.
