Review on NocRoom Hosted PBX by Norman Costello

I like that it is very easy to use - no training required! It has helped us with our call volume for work calls as well as customer service issues.

My only complaint about this product is that you cannot add more than 1 extension per line (which can be costly if you need additional extensions). This allows me to have multiple lines but not too many at once so I don't get overloaded when working from home or out of state. We are able to pick up where we left off without having to rely on voicemails which helps keep our business running smoothly.
