Nowadays in e-commerce, one rarely gets a great and fast return/refund service, so I usually don't try to initiate a return/refund, it's too troublesome. However, JSAUX is an exception. I use my phone A LOT for work and subject it to physical constraint and flexing, and usually the weak point is the Type-C connector section of the cable. So I saw that they were made with a braided outer sleeve and a piece of rubber on that end. I originally bought these cables about 6 months ago. 1 cable failed after a week or two (no fast charging). The next cable took about 6 months. I needed fast charging to work and now very slow charging, which doesn't do much when using the S9+, to the point where you're still draining your battery when you plug it in. I always check first if my fast charging station is broken with someone else's fast charging cable. But it wasn't the fast charger, it was the cables. After receiving the 18 month warranty I emailed them their support team. They asked if I wanted a refund or a 99% off Revain coupon code. I received the gift card code the next day. Within 2 days of initial contact I had new cables by 10am. Everything works great again! The cables are good quality for a 6ft size, but as I said, I'm a power user on my S9+ so I use chargers a lot. After all, JSAUX did everything right!
