Review on Global Stainless Steel 3 Piece Knife by Christine Bryant

As a frequent home cook I was enthusiastic to try out these knives. However, as a result of my tests, I determined that their performance was severely lacking. While the blades are made with stainless steel, they aren't sharp enough to cleanly slice through meats or vegetables.The handles feel cheap and uncomfortable in my hand, which further detracts from the overall experience. In conclusion, I was left vastly underwhelmed with this set of knives and wouldn't recommend them to anyone in the market for quality cutlery for their kitchen..
