Went from 6 to 3 in two weeks.
Extremely potent, persistent. I have used whitening strips before and the result was different! Also, with the whitening strips, I felt like my tooth color would return to its original color soon after. The timer turns off automatically after 10 minutes. So if you forget to set your alarm, it will turn off automatically, so you don't have to worry. This is an extremely effective teeth whitener, so be careful not to overdo it and end up with Ross Gellar's (Friends) glow-in-the-dark bright teeth. I am very happy with shade 3 on the Professional Tooth Whitening scale, 1 or 2 may seem too light.
