I was checking bike speedometer/computers when it finally dawned on me that I have a Garmin etrex 20 that I carry with me when I go hunting. I did a quick check and found that the GPS unit has a speedometer, average speed, max speed and elapsed time, which is all I really need. I don't really care about speed and elapsed time when I'm hunting, so I didn't even know it was all done by a GPS navigator. Anyway, I bought this stand and the RAM EZ-On/Off bike mount and they are just perfect. It's plastic but feels solid enough. It only took a few minutes to install and saved me from buying a single purpose bike computer. I can take the GPS out of the mount and take it on a hike/hunt and put it back on when I'm driving.
