Looks like OEM but the material is lighter, not a big deal given the price. After having it cut by a locksmith it works perfectly functional EXCEPT on my Yamaha Stratoliner the key doesn't work with the steering lock feature which requires you to press the key down and turn to lock. After some investigation I found that the slotted channel on the button stops 5mm below the plastic while the OEM channel goes all the way to the plastic. It needs to be a shortened channel that prevents the keys from being depressed to turn the steering wheel lock. I confirmed this using a dremel to widen the channel and then bingo, it works with the steering lock. This is not difficult, but of course it doesn't look perfect with manual dremeling.
