SAFEPLUS Online Store Review: Why I Was Disappointed

When I make a purchase online, I have standards for both product quality and customer service. My interactions with SAFEPLUS were disappointing. Although I had no trouble navigating their website, I was disappointed by the limited variety of products they offered. Moreover, I was let down when my order arrived and not all of the products were as advertised. My order of trees and garden equipment arrived looking much less healthy than in the images, and the kitchen tools I bought broke easily. I tried contacting customer support about these concerns, but they responded slowly and were generally unhelpful when I did. Clearly, they did not care about answering my questions or making me a satisfied customer. If you're in the market for high-quality kitchen and household goods, I wouldn't suggest SAFEPLUS. Although navigating their website is simple, the quality of their offerings is very lacking. And when it comes to handling customer complaints and fixing problems, they fall short. Because of my negative experience, I will not be making any other purchases from this firm.
