This is truly one of the best purchases I have ever made. I LOVE wearing sandals but I have terribly dry heels and recently had a few cracks that wouldn't heal. I bought them together with OKeefe's foot cream. I use my amope once a week, and every night I lather up some OKeefes and wear blue stiletto sleeves before bed. In just a week my feet were new! I couldn't believe it! The only bummer is that you have to hand wash them to protect the gel and since I haven't washed them in three weeks they seem to be cream stained. However, I would buy them again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend them for screaming from the tops of the hills.
