The ease of use for finding jobs is great! I love that it allows me to search different types of positions without having multiple applications open at once. It's also very easy to create resumes or cover letters using their templates. They provide training but sometimes you have to wait several days before they send out information about upcoming classes/webinars so be patient if this applies to your situation. A few weeks ago my team was given an interview via video chat which we were not aware would occur until after our application had been submitted. This made us feel like there wasn't much control over how long something takes from initial submission through hiring decision. As stated above, make sure to follow up frequently as things can get lost along the way (or never received).
