This is a great product. I've tried several grout cleaners over the past 15 years as most of our floors were ceramic tile. This product outperformed them all. In fact, nothing has ever worked so fast. The three main features were (1) the instructions - both on the bottle and on the product - were clear and I followed them to the tee, (2) the perfect brush that came with the kit and matched my grout lines perfectly fit and was light. attach to the existing handle and (3) how easily the soil was removed from the mortar. I'd recommend using this on a tile first - and definitely waiting 10 minutes - and then wiggling the brush along the grout lines. The bottom is floating fast. After each area was finished, I used a damp towel and rinsed the area before moving on to the next section. And based on another reviewer's suggestion, I used my Swiffer Wet Jet when I was done. I used a full bottle for the kitchen, breakfast area, foyer, main bathroom and hallway. And when the floor dried, the grout looked just like it did the day we bought the house. I applied the grout lines before, during and after the attempt.
