So far, so good! I ordered a medium and they are almost too big for my ears; That is, if they were just a millimeter larger, they would be visible from the front. If I order again, I'll take the small size. If you have large earlobes I suppose a large one will work for you but it also depends on where you are getting the piercing so keep that in mind. These pads appear solid, but I haven't had them long enough to put them to the true test of time. I wear simple 14k posts 24/7. These pillows were comfortable to sleep on and didn't fall off. The price seems a bit high but if they stay safe I can justify the purchase. I'm looking for something to sleep in that won't fall.
