Much better than paper
Ideal for a quick bite. They have a fairly large lip around the edges which is great for transporting liquid foods like baked beans, salads, pasta, etc. The juice stays on the plate and not on the floor. The central flat area is a little smaller than I expected, but hey, maybe we won't load as much and save a calorie or two.
