I've been looking for a charging lamp for a long time, decided on Zermund and ordered two. A package arrived badly dented after delivery and it is not surprising that the glass cover was broken. The outside of the box looked like a piano had fallen on it in a truck or something. I contacted Amazon and they sent a brand new lamp. Surprisingly Zermund contacted us directly and asked about the problem and replied that they would send replacement umbrellas to Amazon to reduce future waste if this happened again and would also try to improve their packaging. We've had the lamp for a month or so now and it works great. The dimming is very smooth and charges our phones. It has a good heavy base. + Would I buy again.
