The style of this lamp is exactly what I expected. It was easy to assemble - just twisted the bracket parts, unscrewed the part holding the lampshade, screwed the lampshade on, inserted the bulb and plugged in. This is a great product in so many ways. except for one (I'll get to that later). It's solid and stable, has a good weight, is well built and looks quite nice (although the company logo is quite big, gaudy and prominent). I'm not a fan of overbranding.
