When I first received the product it was defective. After I submitted a review, Zermurd contacted me within about 24 hours and offered to replace the item. I received a replacement within a few days! As a lamp, this is the typical size for a desk or work station and works well. It's also a great bedroom lamp, the base is a great bedside charging port, it has two ports making it perfect for charging your watch and phone at the same time. It took me about 30 seconds to assemble and power on and I'm amazed at the build quality, it's heavy and made of quality material. What I like the most is that it comes with dimmable LED lighting and a dimmer switch, which is very useful. Definitely recommended.
