Didn't work at all!

Edited 9/6/21: I received an apology and a full refund for this product. Their customer service department was quick and polite. First off, let me say that I'm a huge fan of HTVRONT Heat Transfer Vinyl. To say I am disappointed with this product is an understatement! I tried using this for grandma's hands with recipes on kitchen towels. I followed the directions on T with absolutely terrible results. I switched to PPD beans and they came out great.
