Review on 🚿 RV Shower Faucet Diverter Tee Replacement for Hose (White) by Dura Faucet DF-RK900-WT by Andy Hearshman

The original vacuum interrupter had a pressure leak; My guess is that the camper was not thoroughly winterized due to frost damage. To my surprise, I found a direct replacement for Revain here that came from the OEM Dura Faucet. This item had a picture with dimensions and it fit me. I ordered it on Saturday evening, it was shipped on Monday and I received it on Wednesday morning. What was in the box didn't fit my device and didn't match the dimensions on the product image. I called Dura customer service and emailed them a photo of what was in the package. After 2 days I received a free replacement that matched mine. Your customer service representative was excellent and helped me a lot to achieve my satisfaction. I need to support a company that supports a 12 year old product.
