Review on SoulRain Automatic Windproof Umbrella by Jacqueline Mclaurin

The first impression of this umbrella was very good! Nice sturdy handle, the knob looks a bit cheap but it's a cheap umbrella. The fiberglass slats are perfect, they are thick and very strong, they flex beautifully and straighten up instantly. Then why am I rating this product with one star? My problem occurred when trying to close the umbrella. One of the arms broke. Anyway, I'm using this for a project, I'll put it back in place with epoxy and it will be fine. no Trying to position the arm to glue it in place broke the other arm. I immediately requested a refund. When I tried to close the umbrella to put it back in the box, the rest of the arms broke. This umbrella has been in my house for less than two hours, has been opened 4 times and is already completely useless. I was hoping one hand was an accident, but all? Impossible. If I had a recommendation for this manufacturer, it would be to make the frame from the same material as the ribs. If so, this umbrella would be a dream even at a slightly higher price.
