Poor design, no diffuser
I had two problems with this hair dryer. First, a diffuser attachment is not a diffuser. It still lets air through at a fairly high rate, which doesn't solve the problem of frizzy, curly hair. It still hits your hair like a hair dryer (no diffuser), only over a larger area. <br />Second, the buttons are right where I want the user to hold them, so I'm constantly switching them from low to high when using them. I am returning this for the Vidal Sassoon VS505 that a friend of mine has and is MUCH better.
