This lightweight vest is very well made, comes in a large storage pouch and includes two extra batteries (3V CR2032). The LED "light bars" on the back are very cleverly designed, they are very flexible and can be easily removed and replaced. There were no instructions in the box, but the universal "on" symbol is clearly printed on where to press to activate the light bars. There are also no cleaning recommendations, but as with other reflective gear, hand washing with a mild detergent (after removing the LEDs) is probably your best bet. What I really like is that it's long and doesn't constrict my waist while running. Excellent value for money and quality.
