About a month later there were problems synchronizing with the computer. I'm using a laptop and it exhibits three different behaviors: 1. When waking up from the screen, one monitor is fine and the other is off, but the laptop's screen was on; 2. When waking up from a screen that is off, one monitor works fine while the other monitor boots to the laptop's screen resolution; 3. None of the monitors are responding. For the first two issues, disconnecting HDMI and pausing to set up the OS and reconnecting HDMI to the box would fix the problem. As for the third condition, the only way to get it working is to unplug the box from the computer and unplug the monitors from the box. Then connect the box to the computer in series, and then add the monitors one by one. As you can imagine, it started about 35 days later. Outside the MONOPRICE return window and warranty.
