This is what our TV looked like after we plugged it in and turned it on. I called support and after being told someone was going to call me about it, I haven't heard anything and it's already been 3 weeks! We don't have $240 and have yet to buy a TV. Open your packs as soon as you receive them, even if like us you won't be using them right now! We bought a camper and this TV in June and fixed it up a bit.
