Review on 🚰 Superior Home Master TMHP L Hydroperfection Undersink: The Ultimate Water Filtration Solution by Sally Bienz

Our new house has a well and the water has a moderately high TDS hence the water tastes salty. Our old under counter filter only had UV and carbon filtering so there was very little reduction in TDS. We bought this Home Master TMHP-L Hydroperfection Reverse Osmosis Water System with high hopes based on the water quality reviews, but we were also a bit hesitant about leaks as we have hardwood floors in our kitchen. This system will not disappoint you! Although the results of the water analysis are still pending, the taste alone speaks volumes: the water is no longer salty and even has a slightly sweet aftertaste. Installation was a little tricky and would take an average person a lot of time, but the company's website has some great installation instructions and videos. If you're not good with these things, be sure to hire a plumber - it will be worth the extra expense. After everything was installed we had a couple of fittings that were VERY slow leaking. We mentioned this on our warranty registration and the company contacted us immediately, asked for pictures of the leaks and promptly sent us new pipe and fittings without asking us. They also sent us a leak detection valve that shuts off automatically when a leak is detected, as well as discount coupons for our first filter replacement kit. As the title of this review suggests, it's (unfortunately) very rare these days to find a company that stands behind their product and does everything they can to provide great customer service! This company and product is one of those rare gems! I highly recommend this model and The Perfect Water Co. We'll update this review when the water tests return, but we expect great test results!
