Extremely disappointed with this purchase

The color ink has stopped working for a little over a month. Looks like they're dry! I can't return it (Revain said the return period has expired) so I won't be buying any more ink from Revain. Almost everything I print or copy is written in black ink. So I know I couldn't use up the paint. I'm pretty sure I've only used color ink 3 or 4 times in a month. I am very disappointed in this purchase.
