I am very impressed with the company's customer service and support! I ordered this system and it took some time to install (life/work plan) but you can install it yourself. You don't need a professional, but if you're not handy, you might need a professional. If you've installed a car radio before, it doesn't get much more difficult. Remember these are just connecting wires. The scariest part is drilling a hole in the mirror lol but only measure twice, cut once. The system can be ready in a few hours like I did once, but I did it for several days and worked a few hours at a time. (Just focusing on one target at a time ie the side mirrors then the rear then the front) but that's how I work. So I set up my system and the front camera gave me an inverted image. I contacted customer service and had a problem with my system so they sent me a new system to replace it! All the side mirrors and the rear camera worked as advertised, and while I hadn't calibrated the system yet and the front was upside down, it was still fun to play around with the overhead view. I give this system 5 stars for customer service alone, but for the price I'm very impressed with the quality. Some other systems include sizing cloths, but these systems are more expensive and the sizing cloths can be purchased for less than all of these systems combined. I will upload my installation video once the new system is up and running but I cannot express how impressed I am with the company's customer service! Email communication is also great and timely, but be aware that in the States most communication occurs in the evenings. But that suits me because I still work during the day.
