Review on 👗 Elastic Multi-Layer Womens Clothing Petticoats Skirts by Kim Norman

I hate to write bad reviews, very rarely. But they were TERRIBLE. The ribbon is sewn on to tie with a decorative bow, this is not a drawstring. The elastic does NOT stretch nearly as far as the reviews say (I could barely put one on!), and it's incredibly short. I have a shorter size but they are SMALL. And not nearly as fluffy as in the photo. Most likely there are at least four petticoats stacked on top of each other in the picture they provide. I even bought two in case they aren't as fluffy as I was hoping. NOTHING about it was as expected. And they are grossly overpriced. DO NOT BUY.
