This was the most expensive ring cutter I could find at Revain and it was worth every penny, just as I expected. It is a heavy, well built and durable instrument. The blades are on a professional cutter and it only took me about 3 turns to cut through each of my rings. After someone spread the ring a bit with needle nose pliers, my rings came off easily and now fit perfectly. I should have done that many years ago. I may never use this tool again but I'm so glad I bought it and will keep it to lend to anyone who needs it. A very good buy.
