Works surprisingly well. I use them when I get hired to make birthday cupcakes. The best part is when I take the containers home and then put the leftover cupcakes in them and you want a late night snack these things are so loud it's impossible not to wake up. all house. ๐๐คฆโโ๏ธThey really make noise when opened. But they do an excellent job of straining cupcakes. It contained regular sized tight fitting cupcakes and I was fine with that. The icing was neither low nor high so those domes did a great job of keeping everything safe and sound.
