Gel seat is a great idea, but this implementation is not.

The shape of the seat is great, but the gel has hard ridges that are painful even when wearing bike shorts. It would be better if the gel was somehow smoother. I am still riding with it and hoping it softens up a bit.I didn't realize that my old seat was not a standard installation, so it took a bit of work to install this seat. On a "normal" bike, it should be a piece of cake.

I''ve ridden on this bike seat for about a month and have had some tailbone issues for about 6 months. So far it''s the only seat that hasn''t aggravated my tailbone -- hoping it doesn''t wear out and cause pain!
