Difficult to put on but to be expected as this type of material does not stretch and you want it to fit snugly around the handlebars. How wonderful! It's pink and shiny without being tacky or cheap. I would suggest that the seam where the rhinestones meet is facing away from you as that is the only part that doesn't look perfect. The rhinestones don't quite line up at the seam but that's ok I just put it on with the seam away from me. I've been wearing it for almost a month now and I love it.
