To be honest, I read the coloring pages and then didn't pay any more attention to them. When I received this set, I was a little confused - you don't get a traditional coloring book, but a set of stamped, durable paper (maybe more like cardboard, but thicker) that has line drawings on it, and when colored in, they can be placed in a frame be folded into a work of art. It's cool, but as an adult I find it calming, centering. I don't actually exhibit finished works. They may look good when finished but I have some lovely prints hanging at home and these... well if my grandson had colored them I would be happy and proud to show them off but did I color them? nope So while I see the positives in self-framed coloring, I'm more interested in the beautiful pencil colors that come in the tin that comes with the 'coloring book'. Arteza colored pencils deliver the perfect fine dark line or smooth shaded surface, depending on your needs. Nice set and if you're caring for your grandkids get some of these DIY framed coloring pages out and let them go to town and then when mom and dad pick them up they'll have a specially colored framed picture to take with them can take home. !
