Review on Superlite 7023 Nano Tourmaline Ceramic by Sophia Espinoza

About 5 years ago I bought the predecessor of this X5 iron at a cosmetics store in Los Angeles. The lady who worked there swore by it and it turns out I liked it. What I liked: it's very light; The floating panels have never caught or pulled on my hair; it warmed up quickly and seemed to hold heat very well; rotating cable; Pointed shape for easy curling. My hair is curly, frizzy, medium thick and not coarse, generally flattens out well. It wasn't a problem that it only heats up to 410, esp since I never use it on high. One fine day after 5 years of service he refused to work. I feel like I got my worth! I liked this iron so much I was tempted to buy the same old model I had (found a pair on Amazon) but since it's no longer available I decided to give it a try. I checked the real X5 website and X5 seems like a fun little company. But their latest product was great quality so I hope I like the new one almost as much as the old one!
