Even with Samsung evo m.2 with crazy clock speeds and transfer speeds, it can't match USB 2.0 transfer speed along with Threadripper. I tried ports 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1 and couldn't break 8MB/s which is 64Mbps. USB 2.0 must be 480 Mbps or 60 MB/s. Also, I haven't even used all of them, but after about 20 uses, one has already failed. The color options and linens are pretty cool, but unfortunately the drives themselves suck. I should have just bought a 256GB 3.0 stick for the same price. I thought I could use it to spread information but now I'm afraid I'll lose it at any moment.
