Review on NCElec Neck Cell Phone Holder: Versatile Desk, Bed, Bike, and Motorcycle Mount in Blue by Rene Putman

Very disappointing! This item broke on the first day of use. I bought something similar a few years ago, used it every day/all day and it still works. Accidentally left with my mother and decided to buy this model. This model didn't hold the phone well, it kept sliding and the phone in the holder was hanging on its side (at an angle). I changed the position of the phone from landscape to portrait, hung it around my neck and it broke/ fell apart. I couldn't put it back together. Pooh! The neck brace I bought at the discount store for $5 was much stronger and better than this item! Sorry for the bad rating, but now I have to buy another one. I tried this first because holding the phone was painful and my hand was tiring. After using this I no longer felt pain in my hand from gripping my phone so tightly. However, some family members have complained that the mount bothers their necks. You just have to put it in the right position. If you have cervical issues like my mum this may not be for you but even with my cervical issues I found my previous neck brace very helpful. Let's look for another! Good day.
