The wire loop holds its position quite well after bending, the neck foam tube is comfortable without making the holder too flexible. The swivel that connects the strap to the phone holder is the best way to change the angle freely. The neck strap itself is long enough to position the phone a good 9 inches from your eyes, and it can stretch even further, but I use part of the strap to lean on my collarbone while reading on my back to to ensure stability.

After dozens of disappointing models, I decided to order this great value model. I am in a hospital bed and need a 4 position phone holder. I have it on my chest, stomach, thighs and I love it. The only downside is that you can't use fingerprint or camera as the back is closed. However you have access to 4 chargers etc as the bottom of the phone is accessible. I love this product! Very comfortable on the neck. It's strong enough to stand anywhere without tipping over. I even hang it on my headboard so I can watch movies in bed. Very disappointing! This item broke on the first day of use. I bought something similar a few years ago, used it every day/all day and it still works. Accidentally left with my mother and decided to buy this model. This model didn't hold the phone well, it kept sliding and the phone in the holder was hanging on its side (at an angle).
