Nice decorative object with some problems

I bought this tree for an aquarium I wanted to install for my children. This is a 10 gallon tank with dimensions of 20 liters x 10 x 12 x 12 inches. Based on the pictures on Revain it looked good and the kids liked it so I ordered it. However, what I received was a little mixed. On the plus side, the tree is definitely 8 inches tall as stated in the description. With 1 inch of gravel on the bottom, this tree fills a 10 gallon aquarium very well. , leaving only about 3 inches from the top of the tree to the waterline. It really is perfect for this tank size. From a distance it looks pretty cute in the aquarium and the fish seem to enjoy swimming around it. There was no messy residue or loose particles on the tree itself when I unpacked it and washed it before placing it in the tank. On the negative side, there are four problems. First the tree was locked in a box that was too small for it. This has caused some branches to warp and are still not straight four days out of the box as of this writing. Second, the leaves are light orange in the center surrounded by a yellow border, not reddish at all like the photos here on Revain. Third, the photos here show that the bottoms of the pots are clay brown, while the trunk of the tree is dark brown. In fact, both are almost the same shade of brown. Fourth, the tree trunk appears to have been covered in epoxy on the pot it's growing from and mine occasionally had a lot of clear epoxy on it which I had to cut away because it went well beyond the tree trunk itself. In general it looks decent. from afar, but up close you can see problems and the coloring isn't quite like the photos. For a budget tank, this isn't bad at all considering the price, but I probably won't take it if you're trying to build a show tank.
