Solid weight - my new review

In my quest to get into better shape, I wanted to get a weight to keep at my desk so that during the day, I could take a few minutes and lift the weight to keep myself moving. This weight is no joke. At 30 pounds, it really packs a punch as a hand weight. The weight is built well and seems like it will hold up well over time. I really like the feel of the weight and think that it’s a good value for what you get. I really like that the total weight is embossed on the dumbbell ends. What makes this weight really special is that the ends are coated with rubber so you don't end up dinging other things up.
