The pneumatic cylinder failed after 2 months of use
In less than 2 months my chair will no longer be held at the lowest level and will rise automatically. It really hurts because he also picks up my desk when it happens. I was very upset because everything worked fine before. I assume something is wrong with the pneumatic cylinder because the new chair shouldn't do that. I checked and basically said I need a new cylinder. Not very happy.
