At first I wasn't sure if I should order this. Because between the back and the mounts, you spend $400, but I don't regret it one bit! This backrest is GREAT!, works very well for me or my passenger. I'm so glad I bought this. And I am very satisfied with the processing and material quality. If you're not sure it's worth spending money on, just do it. You will not regret it! FYI, there are two brackets of different sizes depending on the thickness of your seat. I ordered larger mounts when I should have ordered smaller ones (as described) BUT they still work. The large brackets only allow the backrest to sit a little higher, which suits me better. In any case, you can adjust the height of the backrest, simply change the starting position of the adjustment.
