The project manager was very professional as well as helpful with all my questions about how to navigate through this platform. I wish there were more options for customization within the product itself (aside from using different templates). My experience has been nothing but great! They are always available when needed and even go above an beyond if necessary. Their customer service team goes out of its way every time that needs assistance or clarification. If you're looking for someone who will work hard at getting your website up-and running quickly AND ensure it's successful long term; then they should be considered first choice. We have had minimal issues since implementing coeurduweb into our marketing mix.
