Review on Aquaboon Pressure Certified Compatible Water Filter: Find the Perfect Match! by Nick Cleary

Used for high iron wells

I installed it on my well which I use for irrigation. We are in an area with high iron content, so anything that comes in contact with water will stain. I also got a 20,000 gallon pool and used the fountain to fill it up once it was placed in the ground. The filter helped with the discolored water, but it wasn't perfect. The pool guys said it would affect the water quality but I was still not supposed to drink the water. The filter is pretty dark and dirty after spilling 20,000 gallons through it, so at least it helped decently. install if you know a little about plumbing pipe installation. The hardest part is screwing on the blue part with the filter in it - it's not easy. It's not easy to twist it yourself, it took me several tries to get the threads right. A second pair of hands would make it easy, but isn't necessary. I had to dig a hole and put a bucket in the ground for my setup, this was easier than replacing most of the PVC and keeps the setup a little lower when I finally cover it in winter. The problem is that I can't use the included tool to tighten or loosen the case. OK. All in all, I really hope this helps in the long run. I will definitely change the filter before summer (pool in December) when the sprinklers are working again.
